The Shortest Solution contest is acontest where all submissions are judged according their length in characters.

Everyone can freely participate in the contest.

Prizes

• Shortest Solution competitions don't have regular awards / prizes

Rules

Basic rules for the Shortest Solution competitions are:

• The competition would typically last between 10 and 12 days
• Each problem is worth a maximum of 500 points
• Each character you write will deduct 1 point from the maximum score
• The final score is going to be whatever you get after the point subtraction has been done
• Whitespace characters (such as spaces, tabs and new lines) do not count towards the point subtraction
• These competitions are rated and rating changes will apply after they're done
